Fishingspot at Silleborg Hage
Fiskepladsen på Silleborg Hage, 9550, Mariager
An idyllic piece of nature with a fantastic view. Here, you'll find several shallow coves, large mussel banks, and a mixed bottom of stones and sand. Silleborg Hage can be reached via the coastline or by parking in the western part of Mariager and walking through the forest. You can also park on Hobrovej and take the trek of about 1,500 meters down to the fjord. Driving down to the properties is not allowed as it is a private road - please respect the signage.
There are not only fish at the point, but also both to the west and east, where there are plenty of mussel banks. Signage and nature protection laws must, of course, be observed.
